Our process includes site analysis and regulatory evaluation. We begin by designing a concept plan that summarizes your vision. Often including 3D models to assist in visualizing the design.
Hardscape designs including detailed construction documents for pools, patios, decks, gates, entry features, and driveways follow the concept. Our detailed construction and permit-ready plans allow you and your builder to obtain competitive pricing and management of the project.
Based on the concept and your personal preferences we work to create the softscape design. This includes beautiful landscape and garden planting plans, as well as provide irrigation and lighting plans to complement the site and design.
Throughout the project our team is involved with construction observation and available to clarify and adjust plans as the project evolves.
